At V Pushpa, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 5-day refund policy from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Refund
- Refund requests must be made within 5 days of receiving the product.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging.
- Perishable items such as fresh flowers are eligible for a refund only if they arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
- Items returned without original packaging.
- Requests made after the 5-day refund period.
Refund Process
1. Contact our support team within 5 days of delivery with your order details and reason for the refund.
2. Provide photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
3. Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Once shipped, the refund policy will apply.
